IPTV Smarters Pro Not Working? Common Fixes (2026)

IPTV Smarters Pro is reliable, but a handful of things trip people up. Work through these in order — most problems are one of the first three.

Invalid login / wrong username or password

This is the most common one. Re-type your details carefully — they're case-sensitive and must have no extra spaces. Better still, copy and paste them straight from your welcome email, and make sure you're using the Xtream Codes / login option rather than an M3U URL. If it still fails, your subscription may have lapsed (see below).

Check your subscription hasn't expired

An expired account looks exactly like a login failure. Confirm your plan is still active — here's how to log in — and if it has run out, renew on the LemoTV plans page and your same details start working again.

Black screen or channels won't play

If you can log in but nothing plays, it's almost always the connection, not the app. Test your speed, switch to 5 GHz Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and restart the device — the full checklist is in our IPTV buffering fixes.

App crashes, freezes or is stuck loading

If the app itself misbehaves, in this order:

• Force close it and reopen
• Clear the app's cache in its settings
• Restart the device (and the router)
• Update IPTV Smarters to the latest version
• Reinstall as a last resort — you'll just re-enter your login

Wrong server URL

The server URL (host / portal) has to match your welcome email exactly, including the http:// and the port number. A single typo here means nothing loads — copy-paste it rather than typing.

The guide (EPG) is missing

A blank guide isn't an error — the EPG can take a little while to download the first time, or after a refresh. Give it a few minutes, or remove and re-add the account to force a fresh pull.
